1) Does anybody out there know which band names go with which pics? Some are obvious while most aren't.
2) I took a look at the cd the other day and realized that there's several bands on here by whom I'd like to hear full albums. These are: Paradise Alley, Garlic, D'Molls (which album is Limelight off of?), Forbidden Planet, and The Beauty School Dropouts. Can anybody help with some information about any of these? Thank you in advance.
I have Paradise Alley, D'Molls (Limelight is off of Beyond D'Valley of D'Molls), and Forbidden Planet (also their demo when they were called Beauty Queen Killers). I have stuff from a few different Beauty School Dropouts but i don't believe it's the one from The Pink and the Black. And i think i have something from Garlic laying around at home somewhere, that i would have to check on.
Garlic are still around for sure...though their name is now Garlic NYC...like a year ago I heard some mp3 samples...and I think have like 2 self-produced independent cds out...Not really sure though...but I do know that they are still around.
Can anybody here discuss the bands? How are the releases? Quality stuff I should try snagging off ebay? Bill?

Paradise Alley, D'Molls, and Forbidden Planet = boring run of the mill music, Paradise Alley is generic, D'Molls are followers and Forbidden Planet's one bright spot is carousel off the pink and the black. now of course this is only my opinion, i'm sure others will disagree with me.

Garlic NYC to me sounds like Cheap Trick...not the one song ong P&B...but the other songs I've heard from them...sound like cool pop rock ala Cheap Trick.

I have a few mp3's by Garlic, and I gotta say I luv em', the CD you need to get your mits on is called 'It Stinks' as Monsieur Raggz has mentioned Cheap Trick esq, a lil' hard to pigeon hole but just light hearted, catchy as hell and a pleasant, fun and easy listen, I do recommend em!
