Trying to control myself

Most of you on here know me, I'm pretty die hard. I probably attend as many or more PV games than any student or alum and have done so since I was old enough to know what a sport was. Saying that, I've not been this excited about a PV athletic team since 04 football. Our basketball team is playing at a level I've not seen since the Warren days. If we can somehow pop Hurley and Wolfe County pretty good I may go into a mode rarely seen. It's one of those rare (for me anyway) moments in sports where your team/school has a chance to do something special, it's hard to explain, but I have to think that most on here who follow sports religiously know what I'm talking about.

awful impressive tonight, the defense stood out

PV Boys keep getting better and RC's girls keep taking hits. The 3 top returning scorers have all went down with knee injuries. 1 is done for the year I'm afraid. I hate it for those gals.

Thats a tough break, especially with their depth problem. Hopefully they get relativley healthy by tournament time.

I went and hung out with Zack a while during the holidays, he is still not as good as me at golf. But yeah, he seems excited about his team.

When is the next Home Game?

6 p.m. today against Gate City. Should be a good one.

We need another ball handler but other than that I like our chances against anybody around here.

from what I know and what we discussed, it should be a good season. Hopefully they will get better as the go along as well, I am gonna come in for the Appy games I believe. Cheer for Appy of course though.
