Any idea what this driver and cabinet are?

He only gives 2 dimensions, without any clue which they are..... and doesn't say whether the driver is a 12 or 15. It looks like it could be some version of a 614, but the dimensions I've looked at are a bit off.

Assuming a 12 inch" driver...... would any Altec driver with a factory cone, not have a vent in the voice coil dome?
