We may rag a bit about the Big East,but Syracuse is impressive tonight.It's hard to believe they were picked 6th in the league at preseason. A #1 seed now and advancing. Right there may be your coaching job of the year (with your man Gary in the running too-whatta job at MD with a team that nobody had on the radar)
This is over, ACC will go 4-2 in round one. I really thought Clemson would win and Wake would lose but the others went as I expected. Time for me to to have a heart attack Sunday, Terps haven't made Sweet 16 since 2003. (Which btw, as a Terp fan even I am getting sick of the Drew Nicholas commercial from that year where he hit the 3 to beat UNC-Wilmington).

A dandy on my heart, Izzo is one of the few coaches in the country that I think can match wits with Williams. Vasquez will need to shoot the ball better for Maryland to win.
