The ones that use the 806A driver do (I can't speak for any later 902A drivers if any). The hole is covered at the rear of the enclosure by a piece of 1/4" or 3/16" plywood which I remove and replace with a larger piece of 3/4" particle board for rigidity in addition to other bracing within the enclosure.
There is clearance between the 806 compression driver and the rear wall of my 846B Valencias. The horn (811) mounts from the front. The 846A Valencias may be different.
