Richlands at Gate City [FOOTAGE]

This is some footage of the entrances of Richlands and Gate City and a few plays at the beginning of the game. I apologize about the poor, sometimes jittery camera work, and also the lack of footage and score indicator like in my previous videos. I'm still getting accustomed to the new camera I'm using, and in the process of learning the best way to hold it steady and follow the action. The upsides are higher quality and far better zoom capabilities; my last camera's zoom was absolutely god awful. Because of the new equipment, my upcoming videos will be playable on YouTube in up to 1080p quality.

When watching beware. It ain't pretty when GC has the ball on offense. Like handing off and running back tries to run threw a couple parked vehicles at the line of scrimmage.

Nothing wrong with any of it. Good job. The only critique I'd have is maybe zoom out half a smidge to make sure you get the back in frame pre-snap. Looks good even with that. Looks like a much better camera than you'd used before too. Thanks for the effort.

btw...I think I saw your brother at the Coeburn/CW game last week.

His name is Will Lowe, and he's just one of several college prospects on their team. Another one that was really good was #44, Devon Johnson. He's just a Junior this year, and last year as a Sophomore he had over 1000 yards rushing. He's 6'2, has a stocky build, lots of speed, and most of the times he ran with the ball it took at least three or four GC guys to get him down. He's one heck of a defensive player, too. They said on the radio that UVA and several other big colleges are already interested in him. He was sidelined for a bit because of leg cramps, but I really think he's going to be something special, especially next year when he'll come back even older and more experienced.

There's a fellow from Richlands that I work with, said that it wasn't cramps slowing Devon Johnson down, it was actually a bum hammy he was dragging around out there. If he's doing that w/a bad wheel, I'd like to see what he can do when healthy.

He impressed me last year against PV, he was splitting carries with another back then though.
