GC was ahead by about 15 with 2 minutes to go.
I think it was 56-35 Gate City. Still top dogs in the LPD. :lol:
GC won by around 20.
GC was up 1 at halftime, but miraciously put up a 20 point lead after Scotty V. gives the refs an earful at the halftime, pulling them aside and giving them a talking to as the half expired.
Not that GC wasnt a better team or anything, I just thought it was pretty weird that the game was called one way until the half, then the refs basically swallowed their whistles after the talking to from Vermillion.
Oh well, PV still in control of their destiny in LPD play, while GC has a tough road ahead in the CMD with the LHS loss earlier in the week.
GC lost to Lee earlier this week. They beat VHS.
GC is simply a better team than us. I'm not sure we could beat them if we played 10 times; it's just a bad match up for us.

GC's pressure D wrecks havoc on PV because of their lack of ballhandlers. If you dont have 2-3 guys that can beat the press with the dribble, GC will kill you.
