I'm still up in the air about this. 3DTV could be so cool but would the cool effect ware off pertty quick?

Look at the movie industry. Don't see them making all movies in 3D. Speaks to me that it's just a fad.

Personally I am not a big fan. I prefer a HD setup over 3D.

I'm with Stripes, 3D just isn't for me..... No way I could sit there and watch a sporting event in 3D. A movie every now and then is fine but it kills my eyes.

I think the change to passive glasses will improve things. I got to see clips of the Ohio State/Oregon Rose Bowl in 3D last year. It looked pretty good, but not to the level that absolutely stunned me.
