Ok here is the story...
So, my sis and I are taking eddie to the airport...we drop him off and drive backinto the city for some dinner.
After dinner, we are about to drive back home...I get on the highway and I feel the car(Eddie's Car by the way)...I feel it jerk and find it acting screwed. Sure enuff, on the highway and in the middle I must say, the car dies...it's in drive but it's just not moving....how screwed up. So, dead in the middle of the highway and it's Rush Hour with everybody trying to get home from work...needless to say, we get shout at and honks...So, Me shouting back my nice choice words...hahaha...my voice is shot by the time a two truck comes. This man, is in a rush and says he's off and the only thing he can do is move us out of the way, so we move the car on the shoulder, yet the car is still in the major highway, but at least it's moved to the side. Supposedly all the tow Co.s are closed cuz it was late. Well, My sis and I start to walk about 100 yrds to the service station to make a phone call. Nicely enuff, a guy stops and drives us to the service station...so that was cool of him.
Anyways, we make the call and my Dad picks us up..keep in mind that we live 2 hours away from Houston. So, We drive home....and decide to just go home and come in the morning to deal with, cuz my Dad wants to call and get allthe crap together. So morning comes, My Dad and myself drive back, and the plan is to have the car towed to the nearest Chevrolet Co. so they can fix it and I can drive the car back. I tell my dad let me get on the highway just to make sure the car hasn't been towed already...so I get on the highway and what did we see?...A totaled back smashed to the front Pontiac Sunfire...The back pushed to the front and the car looking like almost half a car. Turns out it was a hit and run...The police says it had to be a Huge 18 Wheeler truck that hit it. If it was a normal car or medium truck...the people hitting the car would of been killed instantly. So, turns out an 18 wheeler hit it and just went thru it and kept on going. Police said that either the driver was drunk, fell asleep for a few seconds, or the truck that hit cold of been carrying drugs...so hell if they were gonna stick around. The truck hit the car even though the car was pushed over way to the side of the highway where lights are everywhere so you could see the car.
So, That's my nice this past weekend story.
When Bad Luck comes it comes in doubles...haha.
