has gotten so disturbing of late that I think the government should step in. The public school system has obviously failed again, and I think that's a damn shame. If the public schools can't be counted on to graduate qualified criminals, just WHAT can we count on them doing?

I think it's the whole planet in general, people from every class, country and ethnic line seem to be getting more stupid or their wouldn't be a market for this.
