Any chance you could post a picture of that m500 crossover board? I would like to see how close it is to the A15. I think at least the resistor values may be changed from one to the other.Quote:

That said, for the last year or more my 9849-8D's are the most played Altecs in my home. Forces besides preference are at work here. But, it's safe to say that the "8D's" will remain in system and use even after i get into the new place, they're that good at what they do.
Hmmm, everything this company sells that appears to be electronic in nature is listed as untested. I suppose the speaker could be busted......we know how to bust em! But by the time it's shipped at that price, it just isn't a good deal. I'd like a third actually.....although I've been a putz and haven't fired mine up yet! Only been 4 years or so.....
