whats that smell?

i have no idea where its coming from but my car got this stank smell. i know i didnt run over anything or have any left over food in the car.

the car smells like vinegar, what could it be? the vents?

I don't know about vinegar but if you get a sulfur type smell that means your Cat Coverter is dead.
