ok, so i finally got my dash and gauge cluster back together..now i'm getting a code 17 (speed sensor). i know the reason..cuz my 89 doesn't have the wiring for the appropriate "speed sensor amplifier" of a 91..so i ended up just taking it off. guess i need it. does anyone know what i can do here? any ideas? thanks in advance

ok, talkin to myself here, but i think i might have it figured out. the chart i got off of b16a.honda-perf.org was a little incorrect. the yellow-red wires for the oil pressure and vss were switched on their chart, and therefore, switched in my car. i traced the circuitboard on the back of the cluster and figured out to switch em back. i haven't driven the car enough to know if i fixed the problem or not..but we'll see soon enough http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif.
