i was messing with my car last night and i noticed a bit of rust on my frame rail! what can i do to fix this, and how much can i expect to pay?

i was messing with my car last night and i noticed a bit of rust on my frame rail! what can i do to fix this, and how much can i expect to pay?

About two years ago when I first bought my car I had a bunch of rust on the front crossmember and behind the front bumper. What I did is I used some rust remover...I think it was naval jelly or something like that. My dad used it on his GTO that he used to have and said it works well. I used that and then I sanded the area really well, primered it and then painted it. I always check the areas every once in awhile and even after two years the rust seems to be staying away. http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
