talked to the insurance company...

I spoke w/ the insurance company...they said it takes like 28 days to actually settle...he took all of my info and he told me that I'd probably get almost all of the money back for my wheels, the tires will obviously haved depreciated value, nothing for the engine (maintenance item, doesnt 'enhance' the vehicle), and the 'red book' value averaged w/ the 'blue book' value + sales tax, I believe. doesnt sound too bad, I guess. we'll see what the actual numbers are when they actually compute it....

damn man y is it gonna take so long? if that was my customers dude they would be bitchin me out. it should take no less then 2weeks. but i do live in fl so it may be dif here. that is really cool that they are gonna cover the wheels most don't do that. i new they would not cover the motor and that sucks but maybe they will give you enough $ to buy a new one and then just save your own $ and get an old 4gen. well man good luck on whatever you get
