No the diaphragm is not ringing, and no, don't try sticking foam on it as he mentions.
the window calking rope might be the least expensive/destructive way.
Especially on such a little horn with the driver attached. I had a 3000 as part of a 602, but it was blown. It ended up on ebay.Quote:
