I found someone that says he has a head from a "Type R" engine for sale .. like a B16B I assume.
It's new ... are there any markings on the head that can verify this claim ?
I know the factory Type R head has factroy port work done.
I see evidence of some work done, but it doesn't look like factory Honda work, it looks a little sloppy.
Does anyone know of any casting marks that identify "Type R".

From what I have heard unfortunately there is no easy way to verify if it as a ITR head.
