Since I've been MIA for a long time I figured I do a drive-by posting to let you know I'm still alive and still a Nighty nut.
I've got all the recent Nighty appearances in the books, I think, but I haven't read anything but Ultimate No. 10. It was a cool issue though! I hope Nighty does join the team, after they fix that language barrier. Anybody see Universe X 10? It shows Kurtlasco apparently accepting who he was/is and taping his fingers together to look like the old Kurts.'
As I always say when I make these postings, I'll try to hang around here more as I miss you guys. Things have been so crazy lately, since that horrible day, that I'm having a heck of a time going back to normal. Opening the mail at the media company I work at with gloves and masks on doesn't help. Uck.
On a happier note, I'm really looking forward to the Nighty mini and I recently tried to email my novella to my trusty volunteers for betaing. I don't know what's wrong with that file guys, but the versian I sent was corrupted and I'm looking for an older back up right now. Ah, computers, gotta love 'em.

I read Uncanny at work. Blah blah. I don't care what you artsy types say, the pencils are just plain ugly. That last scene with Jon and Sugar? Oh ugh! Their features were unbelievably crude. Man, if that's all it takes to draw X-Men, sign me up! Hmmm, two eyes, whups! Kind of uneven, little too small... who cares?! What are they gonna do, fire me? Ha!

Great to see ya old buddy, and nice to know that youre still the same old diehard Elfmaniac! Havent picked up any of Alex Ross' Universe X stuff but it's nice to hear that Kurt is at least being recognized. (Better Kurtlasco than no Kurt references at all)
Ditto about Ultimate Nighty SLARTS. I'm also crossing my fingers in hopes that Casey kicks it up a notch and Ron Garney gives us a kick a@@ interpretation of Nightcrawler!
