Everyone, including those in your own neighborhood, is shooting, stabbing, stealing, and exploding anyone and anything they can.
Helicopters, a few news vans, smoke, panicked people, bullets, and fire crowd the streets.
The police presence isn't making much of a difference. You are alone and still inside your house at this moment, watching the beginning of the mayhem occur outside.
Just wondering... what do you do?

Stay inside, do not leave your house, you'll only put yourself in danger.
This is a situation much worse than the "Pedestrians Riot" cheatcode for GTA: San Andreas, just to give you a better idea.
