I'm working on another story. Here's a rough draft. Give me any thoughts you might have. Thanks.
It was dark in the room when Sara woke up. She could hear a beeping sound nearby. Her eyes blink, trying to adjust to the dark. She realizes there?s a curtain around her bed. She realizes she?s in a hospital. The beeping is getting faster. It sounds like it?s in time with her heart.
The lights flicker on and a nurse pulls back the curtain. She immediately starts talking to Sara while checking the various lines of fluids flowing into Sara?s arms.
?Sara? Can you hear me? Do you know where you are?? the nurse asks.
Sara opens her mouth to answer. No sound comes out, her throat seems a desert.
?Don?t try to speak. Just nod your head if you understand me,? the nurse instructs. Sara nods.
?Ok, good. I?ll be right back, ok? I need to bring the doctor in to see you. He?ll talk to you about what?s happened, ok?? Sara watches the nurse leave. ?What is she talking about? Why is she here, in a hospital?? Sara tries to remember. Bits and pieces of dreams float through her mind. Something feels wrong. She feels wrong.
Sara looks down along her body. It?s wrong. It?s old.

very interesting, I'm curious to see where you are headed with this.
hhmmm. . . I've written a few stories, maybe I should jot them down on here.

Definitely. People here are very supportive. This story is going to develop much slower than "She Thinks". It's an idea I had years ago. I'm finally doing something about it.
