Solid financial services organization located in Delaware needs a compensation professional to support salary programs and processes. Position will perform job analysis for all levels, develop/revise job descriptions, monitor performance appraisal process and educate managers, perform salary surveys and implement market pricing, lead special projects, and support the stock option program. You must have a B.S., stable job history, 5-7 yrs. experience and be in an upward growth curve in your career. Potential for promotion to manager within 18 months. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of MS Access and ADP Reportsmith is a plus. Competitive salary, good benefit package.
