I haven't either, and I don't see the point as well [img]frown.gif[/img] This is another thing I find very frustrating and annoying, that they won't respond just becuase it's not all praise and positive. It's like it isn't valid or worth attention if its not in praise [img]frown.gif[/img]

They've obviously never heard of constructive criticism. No I haven't sent them a message either cos I know I won't get a reply.

I wonder if maybe a collective letter might hold more weight than a few individual emails....
What do you think?
I know it's worked in the past with an other issue...
