People have been camping out at one of our Targets since Tuesday. The store said there will only be 7 units available. There must have been over 20 people camping! Go figure.

Oh, I think for the 60,000 hits so far, the seller got a great bit of publicity for having the new system. All it cost was a friend's relatively new ebay account (used 15 times ever) which will be cancelled. But of course, the seller will have a problem cancelling the HUGE percentage selling cost. I wouldn't pay $600.00 for a damn game system at all, let alone freak to get one the day it came out. Every kid waiting in line should be shot between the eyes and hung up on stakes for all to see.

They do their damndest to manufacture all this excitement and carrying on. Would that they simply released these silly ass machines to stores like they do every other electronic device they vomit up--from stereos to alarm clocks, in Sony's case--without announcing "street dates" and demanding that retailers create some kind of fanfare for them, then no such absurdities would occur.
