What happened? It got blown by wind? Why was it so tail heavy? Those are big friggin planes to get tossed in the wind...

the interior was completly removed for rerag. there wasnt enough weight in the nose, so yes it was tail heavy. in short, somebody f*cked up. Although the plane wasnt severly damaged.. It was X-ray'd the same day, and went for a test flight two days after...

hehehe, I work on commercial planes, so if something like that is about to happen, i would have everybody run to the front of the plane. Human ballast!! Ever see a plane balanced on two mains with the nose gear off the ground? Scary site! Now i make sure the tail stand is on before removing the engine http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

They had just got done towing it outside, removed the tow bar, as the front started to lift, two line crew guys were hanging on the nose gear, it was a soft touch in with the tail, with virtually no damage

Why modify that plane? It's already the fastest business jet in production. http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif Hey wicked, what company do you work for? I fly for CommutAir. The company's based out of Plattsburgh, NY so our routes are in the northeast.
