12) Multiple rolls of LX tape.
13) Sunglasses (on a sunny day the viewfinder adjusts the brightness, glaring you when you look up)
14) A charger for the camera batteries (sod's law, they will all be flat...)
15) The address of the local Pub.
Ok lists of ten bits of personal kit you have on your when shooting, mine are
1. 2 Elastic bands round the wrist (always handy)
2. Roll of Gaffer Tape (thousands of uses)
3. Mobile phone - switched off when shooting though
4. Pen & Paper
5. Caribeana;s (i know its spealt wrong) and short chains (for clipping stuff)
6. Cigarettes (stress relief)
7. Money clip (for keeping per diems and petty cash)
8. First Aid Kit
9. Disposable Camera
10. Leatherman

I don`t know about the rest of you but I think the pub/bar is the best idea I`ve heard all day!!

Electrical tape. It is the perfect compliment to Gaffa. Gaffa is wide and like fabric while LX tape is thin and plastic. It is what we use for attaching cables to lighting bars and each other (although we still use gaffa for taping them to the ground). It is also the best way to mark out the spots where you want things put (if the scene involves knocking a table/chair over, you use LX tape to mark where you want it so you can put it back in the right place)
I come from theatre (where I was trained as a Fringe director/Stage-manager) so I apologise for terms like LX, SFX, SM, etc.
