I'm looking for someone who has a 3 chip camera eg. the xl1 and who's comfortable with using it. I'm shooting a video to be shown at a trade show. Expenses will be covered at least. I'm based in the south of England, if your interested drop me some mail.

I have a JVC GY-DV500E with a 14x Fujinon lens which is a professional 3CCD camcorder. I bought it about a month ago and am still getting used to it. What exactly do you want to shoot?
This is a short film about 7 minutes long. It's to celebrate my last employers 10th company anniversary. It will consist of past company photo's combined with live footage of the four depots as they are now interlinked with computer animated graphics of the companys suppliers logos. The footage I need will be of the four depots as they are now, panning shots etc and to film rostrum style the photo's. The end result is to be digitally projected at the anniversary bash with 180 people watching. This video will only be part of the evenings entertainment but is intended to give eveyone an idea of where the company has come from.
If you would like to look at a rough script for the video I can send that to you!
I take it that you wish this to be a professional type project since you specify a 3ccd camera.
In this instance i should mention that anybody doing this would be selling themselves short by doing it on an expenses only basis. In the corporate market doing an hours shoot in one location(i.e. presentation with 1 speaker and some slides etc) would be charged approx ?2000.
Far from it for me to imply that your looking for a freebie but it has crossed my mind!

Fair point but here's the score. Anyone who works on this video will get paid at least thier expenses AT LEAST, this company is my dad's the reward is mainly experience. If you can go out and get ?2000 for an hour or whatever then fine go do it, I can't give you that money but this is a chance for anyone out there who has a 3chip camera and isn't doing much at the moment with it to come and do something with it, they will not be out of pocket they will gain experience and a video for their show reel. Simple as that really.
Oh yeah, If I don't do this video, there will be no video at the bash, and ?2000, that's probably how much he's spent on the nights entertainment and the hire of the function room etc etc not to mentioin the ?360 digital projecter hire for the night.
