i have a Jensen cd player (80 watts), two 6 inch speakers in the front, two 6 X 9 Jensen 3-way speakers, powered by a Jensen 80 watt amp, and two 10 inch Pioneer subwoofers in a box in the trunk, powered by a Poineer 150 watt amp (i think). it's not a GREAT system, but it's great for me--it does everything i need. (and it pumps some bass too!) i listen to a lot of punk, metal, ska, alternative, and rap--it all sounds damn good on it. (all that stuff, including the box i have the subs in, cost me about $700 back in '96, when i bought most of it--with the exception of the 6 x 9 speakers--those were just replaced a couple of months ago). hell, the box alone cost me $200! (it's a custom box for a Camaro--luckily it fit in the trunk of my other car perfectly, with plenty of room left).

i had an '83 Camaro, but it just died (i nicknamed it "piece of shit"--i've had it for about 6 years and it was GREAT up until about 2 years ago--that's when it got the nickname). now i have an '88 Ford Tempo LX with a stereo system that cost more than the damn car! LOL! (at least it can crank some tunes NICE and LOUD--just like i like it!)
