the file--the size of it, actually

the pic that Allison has been asking me to post of the two of you--she sent it to me thru e-mail, but it's too large to upload to my webpage (because of it being in .bmp format)--i need to change it over to .jpg or .gif, but i have no idea how to go about doing that http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/frown.gif

when it arrived again, it was in .bmp format again. it brings up the pic on a "bitmap", with the color pallet and stuff. the file needs to be in jpeg or gif format for my website to be able to upload it--i'm so sorry! i've been trying so hard to get this pic posted for you, Allison--and i know you are probably getting impatient about it. i'm sorry--i wish there were something i could do, but i'm not sure what to do! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/frown.gif

i'll keep trying the best i can, ok? i love ya and i want to keep my promise.
