I believe there are many smart cookies who post here so I'm asking for a collective brain effort to try and solve my (sorta) problem.
Here Goes:
Previous to now, I have a very good appetite. My friends and I all claim to be fat but deep down we all know that we're not (I don't think any of us are over 50kg's). The problems is that now that I'm home, food completely revolts me. I eat from a feeling of obligation to my body rather than enjoying what I eat.
Obviously this isn't the healthiest of mindframes so is there anyone out there that can possibly help???

Now that you're home, are you taking any prescriptions? I've been tinkering around with percocet, and they totally kill my appetite.
Otherwise, think there might be some issues. I haven't known a single female who wasn't (to some extent) obsessed about her weight. How does your family (now that you're "home") react to heavy weights?

I don't know if I'll have an answer, but I do have questions.
Does your lack of "interest in food" relate to "coming home"...so to speak.
Did this lack of hunger happen "overnight", or "gradually"?
Do you "feel" overweight, and if you do, do you feel this way all the time?
Does your mood change whenever you look in a mirror?
Do you talk to your girlfriends about non-boy issues?

My response to SHATOUSKA is in no way aimed at Soul Films, as I don't know Soul Films outside of the internet.
SHATOUSHKA, you bring up an interesting side bar to the situation.
Girls will be Girls, Guys will be Guys...and when we hang around in our same-sex packs, our acts of decency, goodwill, practicality and awareness of those outside of our inner same-sex circle are usually replaced by more self-absorbed "for the moment" actions.
I just think it's cool when either sex doesn't always unconditionally support a fellow member of their gender, be it either male or female.
However, I still think my "questionaire" may lead to further discussion...otherwise, not enough is known to offer practical insight.

LMAO! I finally agree with something Alex said! *stunned*
SoulFilms didn't say enough about herself to do more than GUESS about what her problem(s) might be. *NEED MORE INFO* or any response would just be smoke outa our asses.

Well Tard, the good news is if we get more information, I'll be able to proffer a response that you can wholeheartedly disagree with.

...which will, again, conclude that the response is still just smoke outta your asses. http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
