When Barry Bonds hit his 73rd home-run of the year, many fans tried to retrieve the famous baseball.
As Number 73 headed for the outfield stands, A large Group of fans formed a Basketball Tip-off Formation as they awaited for the arrival of good old number 73.
One lucky/skillful fan caught Barry's home-run ball in his glove, but then a Hockey Fight Broke-out, which was followed by a good old fashioned Football Pile-up, and when the parties separated, another individual had the the hole in one in his possession.
Who is the rightful owner of the ball?

Before allowing the second guy to keep the ball, one must analyze what method the second guy used to get the ball.
The second guy used both a Hockey technique, as in a "Body Check", or perhaps you could call it a Football Technique, as in a "Body Block" or "Sack" to get the ball from the first guy.
In fact, the second guy DID NOT use baseball methodology to get the ball...
Because the second guy used a non-baseball technique to get the ball, his right to the ball should be nullified and the rights to the ball should revert back to the first guy, who legitimately caught the ball before it was wrested away from him in a non-baseball manner.
