This is on a 5th Gen Prelude, but I'm sure it'll be similar on the integra. The install article shows using the stock knock sensor. The wiring diagram maybe a little different, but I think wire colors are the same.

BTW dirtylude, how's the stock sensor working w/ the J&S. I was going to do the same operation but someone warned me that it may not be compatible. Oh well...I'll splice into the ECU knock sensor next week. What's your sensitivity knob setting? Mine is at extreme min.
Everything is working fine with the stock sensor. The sensitivity dial is about half way or just over.
