clouds darken the skies above
rain continues to pour
streams flow quicker the before
puddles form sporadicaly
wind blowing throughout the night
the light peaks through the empty clouds
brightening the morning light
changing the hours of past
improving the day for some
ruining the night for others
and then i look up.... and the rain falters
