well, the pulled muscle in my back got bad enough

I just got sent home from work.
still get paid though. and one of the bosses is gonna bring me some drugs for it.
normally I would just tough it out, but I can barely move my head, and moving left arm hurts like hell.

dude that totally sucks and I know just how you feel. Hope that gets to feeling better soon. Moist heat for 20 min. of and on and Ibuprophen if you can take it, will also help.

...if you're not up for that idea, try a couple glasses of your favorite wine and a steamy hot bath. You just need to relax those muscles a bit. [img]wink.gif[/img]

ouch, I deinfately knwo the pain of pulled muscles, and muscle spasms, I have permanent back damage in my muscles/bones from being punched there too much (I can stretch my shoulder blades to far forward or back or else it hurts)
