Hey all...im wondering if this situation im experiencing is normal.
This only happens in like 1st and 2nd gear, or jus gears where i SLOWLY bring up the RPM's.
I started watching my boost gauge and when it got right below 0lbs of boost, the car kinda bogs, kinda like your turning your A/C on when your goin down the road....jus that little hesitation. However, it picks back up after that 1lb of boost is built....
Ive watched my A/F guage to see if it drops lean or rich, and it does niether, it jus bounces around like normal.
I dont have the J&S, and i have no ignition modificaitons, and this problem has been around since install.
I think my car is running jus fine, plenty of fuel, timing is backed off to JR specs, i hear no PING/KNOCK, and my track and 0-60 times seems to fit in fine with what everyone else is having.

Check if the bypass arm is catching. This causes a momentary lapse in boost because the valve isn't closed all the way.

i don't know if it is the same or not but the rising rate fpr was causing the same thing in my car.it was like as soon as it started to come junder boost it would stumble,but a soon as the boost came up it was fine.it was like the fpr was dumping a lot of pressure at once.now that i have a good fpr it has quit.i have friends that thier cars did the same exact thing.
