I am planning to put some wooden floor over the existing cement one. After I saw the exagerated quotation some company asked to install it, I am planning to do it myself....
The wooden planks are the ones you snap togueter and seams that do not need to be glued or fixed to the existing floor....
Is there any place where I can get detailed information to install?
