I'm tired of reading about why people are fat. People just dont want to accept responsibility for it.

My 2nd (maybe 3rd) cousin has always been a pretty big guy but recently he lost a lot of weight. He came by the shop about two weeks ago and it came up in the conversation. He lost 53 pounds by strictly changing his diet. Not even any exercise.

I admire him for that.
