this will be a long post...
i don't expect replies due to the fact that
this post will be long... so thats ok.
i'm pissed off and just want to rant.

i've lived in this muther fucking house for
about 2 years. since the first time i lived
here this place has ALWAYS had problems....
at first i didn't mind the problems because
my fucking landlord was always johnny-on-the-spot
about fixing shit.
some of the minor problems have been:
the sink sprayer broken, the oven knob
broken (i think i may have posted about
the knob), the dryer lint trap broken,
the upstairs toilet broken, the fence
broken, blah blah blah blah...
THE AIR CONDITIONING:
the air conditioning has been ganked forever.
each season, the fucking thing breaks.
normally tom, my landlord, is pretty cool
with shit and fixes it himself or has
someone come out rather quickly.
a few weeks ago... the air conditioning
cacked again. though it was hot, tom
promised to fix it. a few days later....
the ceiling fan downstairs FELL from the
ceiling.... (you can read something about
it HERE )
the fact that the air conditioning was out
and the downstair ceiling fan was out caused
some problems due to the fact that i have
animals living in the house.
notice the date on the linked post. april 17th.
today is may 2nd and the air conditioning
has yet to be fixed. the ceiling fan was
replaced but doesn't do SHIT when you are
upstairs... and its fucking HOT. because the
house has poor ventilation... air does not
circulate well much less expediently enough
to cool the upstairs.
contact to tom had taken place in order to
try and get the air fixed sooner. giving
tom the rent early was offered and declined
(more like ignored).
to make a long story short(er), a couple of
fans were purchased to cool the upstairs
when you are sleeping and whatnot. the price
of the fans was taken out of this months rent.
i get a fucking call today and its tom...
and he tells me that he will not pay for
the fans. he made a big fucking deal about
not paying for the fans... and said that
he would pay for broken things on the house,
but not 'extraneous things' like fans.
its been AT LEAST 16 days since the ceiling
fan fell... and LONGER if you want to
consider that the air was out before the
fan fell.
tom is not being threatened...
just being asked to comp the money for the
fans purchased while he fucked around not
getting the air fixed.
its fucking bullshit. i'm pissed off...
and feel trapped.

Oh no Tom said he would pay for the broken stuff in the house just not the EXTRA stuff. I say break it but just make sure not to go but that new heated / aircond / pc ready recliner. Or you may be up sheet ceek.
