I've sort of lost my love for the hunt, especially during the Holiday season. Traffic and parking sucks.
Even during the rest of the year it's a hassle going to a store. At Spencers weird crap hanging from the ceiling is always hitting me in the head. At Sam Goody I have to refuse to sign up for twenty magazines before I can pay. EB and Gamestop just pummel you on their pricing.
My comic shop is run by elitist snobs, who for some reason think that Todd is the anti-Christ. Well, there is one sort of hot chick who works there, but she actually insists on telling me her life story every time I go in. Nice legs, shame about the face.
I just find it easier to order online and just wait for the package to show up at my door. Of course, I'll continue to just get the sports and the Spawn figs at work.
Sign me, cranky old man.

I still hot the shops...not often that I find anything I want, but hey...
I get more stuff from other people than I do from any retailer, online or otherwise.

Hey guys, new here, enjoy the board...I agree 100%, my son, whose 4, loves wrestling, but its always the same 4 guys on shelfs. I just figure online is the best...good selection and not worried about the cards and scalpers wondering if they can double the cost. My kid just wants his figures...lol...I am trying to get him into Spawn now...lol..never too young. Take care..
