as you all know the queen mum died yesterday at 3.15pm easter saturday, many of you probably couldnt care less about the royal family but this woman was a true lover of everything.she saved this country in the war aswell as the royal family. we need more people like her and will be missed. carl xx

least we get a bank holiday on the 9th (so ive heard).......why am i excited, im not at work n e ways just mean the soddin pub wont be open and ill have uk all to do, so its gonna be a borin day...thats **** 4 me

I dont think anyone cares if the hag died or not......she was a snob who lived to a grand age of 100 and odd.....she had the best medics in the world and everything she wanted...but she died and no one cares.....the only good thing she ever did was die and give us another holiday day.
She did alot for us, but alot of that was done by ALOT of people behind the scenes with her as a spokesperson.
but at the end of the day, a death is a death, independant of who it is and why....so i give my love to the queen mother.
Thankyou for devoting your whole life the the british, and putting up with our **** . But you could have shared your wealth a little more me thinks.
Hmmmmmm.Doubtless she had done a lot,but when all is said and done after the media focusing on Dianas death so much,and virtually ignoring Mother Theresas,I have been desensitised to anything to do with the royals.They bring in tourists cash and thats a good thing,but I am already sick of hearing about it.Its part of life.It isnt tragic-it is expected.She was 102.It cant have come as a shock to anyone.More of a relief.

What is pissing me off most is the fact that they keep calling her "Queen Elizabeth". She's never been Queen!!!! Queen Elizabeth I was queen in 14/1500s I think, and Elizabeth II is our current Queen!!!
She was the Kings wife, but that's like the Duke Of Edinburgh now, he's not the King.
That has pissed me off the most about this whoile affair.
