I know this was discussed once before a long time ago, but I have a memory like a sieve, so anyway...
Do you charge for autographs? Will you be bringing stuff to sign (photos, cds, etc.) and can I bring my own stuff for you to sign?
On a side note, I can't believe the time has actually come. Scary, isn't it? [img]confused.gif[/img]

Everyone charges for autographs. As to other goodies, the table will be loaded with pics etc. Looking forward to seeing you.

Nope... not true... all of the autographs I've gotten at these things were free, but I realize there are some people who do charge, which is why I was asking.
I go to a lot of autograph conventions and typically I find that most stars will autograph an item you bring yourself for $5.00, sometimes $10. Most charge between $10-$20 to buy an autographed black and white photo, and between $15-$30 for an autographed color photo.
When bringing your own item, the stars tend to be more friendly about signing them when they are personalized to you so they know you are not just trying to turn a profit on eBay 5 minutes later. So I've gotten things like that signed for free or multiple items signed for less than $5 each when they are personalized to me.
Sometimes I bring an autograph book with me and usually when I buy something I can get them to sign that too.
Anybody else here collect autographs as a hobby? I have probably around 100 of them.
