There is a house not to far from me that is for sale from HUD for $123,000 I don't have good credit due to my previouse marrage, but I want to buy this home. So any advice?

ummm.......there's a way....call your local HUD office ....umm....and there's a program thing called fanny mae....try that too...*S*....good luck Wiz
