Did we get older in the outfield...???

Shane Spencer, Matt Lawton, Karim Garcia...

Two guys over 30, one guy in his prime...and Bradley...We got older from last year.

I wonder if these four guys will last the season?

We got older? How so...didn't we have Brady Anderson in the beginning of the year? [img]smile.gif[/img]
Anyway...the "over 30" are like 31 and 32. Not in the mid 30s.

From the last half of last season, we have gotten older in the outfield.

I guess so, but it isn't like we are adding anyone this year from last year that makes us dramatically older. Spencer is like 30. The reason he was signed was cuz he hits right handed and is a good defensive OFer. PLus only a one year contract.

I keep hearing that Spencer is a decent outfielder.

I just don't see him as being that athletic. How does he compare with Brian Giles?
