Scam company, defective cheap products and refuse defect ret

Every review here is true. Though reviews don't seem to be noticeable, suspecting a lot of fake 5 stars.


Purchased a server rack and received one with every single piece being defective. I contacted the company who "couldn't open my video" showing the damage. When the finally acknowledged they could view the video said they were "too busy" and to check back in 5 days. Upon being pressed further, they said they do not accept defect returns and offered me less than half of the price paid.
