similar to another recent post, but hopefully with better results...
anyway.
my idea was that we use one of the scripts that's been written and left on the host board and (with the writer's consent) each storyboard how we'd shoot it (or even just a couple of scenes)... we then each post the results, or e-mail them to everyone else, that way, we'll get to see how several other people would shoot the same script, and why...
...
so
what does everyone think?

its cool. just the storyboard doesnt take much time.

so no one else is interested in this????

I'm in. I've got nothing but time. And sometimes I need a break from writing things I don't have the people to shoot right now.

ill do it too, providing your willing to put up with my VERY rough skeches and often varying picture sizes
im getting better at sketching though

yeh... another person who'll do it...
anyone else?
the quality (or lack of) in the pictures doesn't matter. the important thing is getting the chance to see many different people's views, on how to shoot a similar thing.

An alternative is buy a screenplay of a film which you have yet to see, and storyboard it. Then watch the film and compare.
It's much easier, more practical and much more beneficial. Especially if done with a film whose Director you most identify with.
