Nice spread this year, penty to choose from. It was a beautiful day, a nice size crowd (though it was early). Good music playing all around. Plenty of choices for all ages. They had some rides as usual and of course THE BIG SLIDE (big slides rule). Had a couple old faves and tried some new stuff, lots of good "sharing stuff".
Might hit it again on monday, depending on time and weather. But, it looks like it should be another success.
A further note.
To me It's reall to see that everyone in this city can put aside all the nonsense and have people from all races, creeds and backgrounds mingling together and trying new things. Some from places that they might not normally try. People of all ages just having a good time for the sake of having a good time. It does prove that we really can be one city.

We went yesterday and had a great time.
I especially enjoyed fucking (sorry slugo) with the socialist who were trying to get some candidate on the state ballot.
I told every one of them that if they could tell me what the tattoo on my arm (Gadsden Flag) was I would sign their petition, if they couldn't then they could shove their clip board up their ass.
I think after I told the fourth one to do many unpleasant things with his clip board they got together and compared notes, because the fifth one knew that it was "some sort of Revolutionary flag". When I asked him why the snake had 13 rattles, the dumb fuck (sorry slugo) didn't have a clue.
I am all for anyone expressing their constitutional right to free speach, but if you're going to get involved in politics, then study some history first.

LOL! They asked me to sign that petition to get a socialist on the ballot as well Trav.
I was fairly polite in my saying no though

We had a festival here too over the weekend, but it was a washout. It rained Sat, Sun and Mon. They usually expect 50,000 people, but this year only 15,000 showed up. I was not one of them! Too bad, Seven Mary Three ("Cumbersome") played Sat. night and we really wanted to go.

Went down Sunday late afternoon between rain showers and was underwhelmed. Started to get into it with a guy who was walking with a sandwich board telling us to get out of Iraq when D2 gave me the ice stare.
The food was the same as last year. I did enjoy the watching the <s>freak show</s> people down there.

Girl watching, OOPS I mean people watching is half the fun. LOL!
Actually I stopped back down Monday for a little while and tried a couple more things.
It is a lot of the same stuff, but it's nice to get to try some things that you normally dont and they do aa nice job with the setup and the entertainment.
Semmed like most everyone was having a good time.
