It is the kind from a chicken...at least I think LOL

But no, it is boneless, skinless breasts...and the lemon is a yellow sour lemon...the kind that grow on trees LOL

I have to go bathe (just mowed the lawn and now I stink) so I will check for suggestions when I get back....

fry up the chicken and make some pasta noodles..then add abit of marical whip and some pepper...and what ever other spice you like..it's fast and tastes pretty good.. [img]smile.gif[/img]

you could spice it how you like and grill it on the Barbie. squeeze the lemon over it as its grilling. (whatch for flare ups).
