in fact... i have two boxes of band-aids... one
for downstairs and one for upstairs... and they
are both generic, no-name brands... from the
dollar store.
its a toss up.... the cheapy ones are really good...
er... i mean... whatever that stuff is that makes
them stick... it really sticks...
in fact, i think this band-aid has somehow
morphed into my own skin... and i fear taking

the brand name ones are good too... cuz they
don't stick to yer hurt spot... and they is
purty.
i did slap some hydrogen peroxide on this cut
before putting the band-aid on....
and it hurts like a mo fo even now.

oh yeah... let me also add that this isn't
a cat scratch... but the effect of what you

I have some super glue.
That works much better than some pansy ass band-aids... or you could do what i do.... just let the blood pool, and clean around the edges, until the blood congeals into a nice hard scab.
I did that once when I ripped my elbow open really deep *you could see all the meet and veins and shit*
I probably coulda used a stitch or two.. but I just let that shit scab very carefully.
That happened 3 years ago.... to this day, the scar is still dark purple like it's a fresh scar.
I never even used a band aid.... that's when i decided they suck

binx has a bad habit of sitting on the monitor
when its on (i guess cuz its warm and high)...
anyways... so she was up there and was considering
jumping from the monitor to the neighboring desk.
however, the neighboring desk had some debris
on the top, making it difficult for binx to
judge just how she should jump.
so on it went....
binx sitting, peering, getting ready to jump,
not jumping, calculating, peering some more,
getting ready to jump, not jumping, on and on
and on....
eventually, due to all the movement.... the
monitor started to adjust itself... slightly
turning up all the way.
it was at this point that i decided to 'aid'
binx in her decision to either jump or not jump,
but in either case, she was getting off the
monitor.
i waited just until the next moment that binx
was thinking about jumping (and knowing she
wasn't gonna make the jump) i tried to reach
up there and swat her ass to make her GO...
in the movement... the underbelly to my elbow
snagged on the corner of the desk, peeling the
skin like a damned apple.... maybe because of
the motion/speed, i dunno.
at first i thought it was just a scratch... but
upon examining the thing, it was bleeding ALOT...
not like a scratch bleeds.
so yeah.... it was all her fault [img]mad.gif[/img]
