Ok here is the scoop. Since I have put the blower on I had this problem but I thought I will find a way to fix it one day....Well, I give up. My idle is fine and dead on 750RPM while I drive w/o my headlights. When I turn them on the idle jumps to 900 and never falls. The idle is not irratic or anything abnormal, its just at 900. I tried to reset the ECU numerous times. Another thought that I had was that I am loosing somewhere power/ground for the headlights and when I turn them on there isnt enough and the ECU bumps the engine at higher RPMs. Please feel free to post any thoughts on this...

I think you're fine.
I believe my car does this as well. A couple hundred RPM aint gonna hurt nothin.
