i cant seem to find the number to call on kodak's website. if anybody knows it please reply. Second question, is on 16mm, i dont know if anybody knows much about it. I have an old Bolex h16(non-reflex) prob from late 50's early 60's. My questions are, do i need single of double perf, and do they make daylight spools for 16mm. Thanks
The number for Motion Imaging should be 1-800-621-3456. I don't know how helpful they will be about your discount. They weren't when I was a student and I still hate their operators to this day.
As for the 16mm get double perf.

Look at the sprocket wheels in your camera. If there are teeth on both sides you need double perf, otherwise you can use single perf.
Double perf will work in any case.
You have to specifically ask for double perf. Kodak will send single perf unless you specifically ask for double perf. The last time I bought 16mm film the price for single and double perf was the same.
They do sell 100 foot daylight spools.
They do sell daylight spools still. The reason I would shoot Double perf is because that is the film that your camera was born to eat. Single perf was intended to be used with single system sound cameras--then later S16 was dreamt up.
