Nice numbers. The highest 6psi car I have seen was a 95 GSR with a freshly rebuilt motor (stock internals), Iceman, DC 4-2-1, DC exhaust (cat intact), JUN flywheel and ACT clutch, dyno tuned. Impressive numbers, I look forward to seeing further progress.

Sorry about that, I went back to edit the post and the server took a momentary dump, so I couldn't put the numbers up.
After some easy tuning, we were able to extract 225whp/160tq out it, spinning only 6psi, and with no other mods (other than a fuel pump) other than I listed. Impressive eh?

That's a nice dyno dude, what did you baseline at though, or did you not get a baseline dyno? I found that the difference between the car before the charger seems to make a big difference in the after charger dyno results(of course). When I had JR install my s/c 2 1/2 years ago, I baselined at 163, but I pumped out 224 on the dyno SAE corrected. Now I do know that peeps have been getting high numbers at JR so it mkaes me wonder about my dyno numbers. THis is though, I still only gained about 60whp which is about what everyone who does a baseline and after install achieves, so if your car just seems to be running great before the charger, I would expect it to put out great results. I babied my engine around for 17000 miles before I put the s/c on, so I was quite happy when I found out my results. Now though, I think my engine needs some freshening, with the part throttle detonation that I get occasionally and the many full boost runs over the last 45000 miles. I think after ragging my engine, I doubt I would put down numbers close to what I got before. Oh yeah, my previous dyno was run on 15's, now I have 17's. One other thing though, I think my dyno runs were done in 3rd gear, which from my understanding would spit out higher dyno numbers, so that could also be the case. When I watched them dyno the car, I only remember the technician switching two gears. Not too sure though, go figure...

Hey I know what car VaporTrail is talking about http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/biggrin.gif...Nieman those are some nice numbers...on slicks at the track you should be in the mid 13 or lower range

Ok with my 6psi charger I am putting down 218.7whp and 158 of torque at 65 degrees, this is without my vtec controller or with my boost timing controller on, also on 17" wheels. I am very happy with the results I reseved, and with the other factors involved I think I could break at least 225whp. The charger is a hole lotta fun. The vtec is like not there power wise, you don't see a jump in power at all on the dyno sheet, the powerban isjust straight to the top of the page a real smooth climb. I want to race a turbo teg to see the difference , I'm sure they are faster but I think I would give it a good run. The sound of the car is badass, no BOV but that wine with the vtec motor it sounds tony the tiger great. I couldn't beleive the way it sounded on there, it just never gave a inducation that it was coming out of power. I have the dyno on video as soon as I get that on the Web I will post it. I just figured you guys would wanna hear about that, sorry if I sound like I'm bragging but I just am really happy, and thankful everything worked out so well.
Later on
Mike

Wow, that's pretty strong for 6psi. Well done.
